First Table Food
I bought a butternut squash a few weeks ago for 10 cents a pound. The store over ordered for Halloween. I've never had this type of squash before. I found a simple way online to make them. I quartered them, put on some butter, nutmeg, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Then I baked them on a aluminum foiled baking sheets at 375 degrees for 70 minutes. I scooped them out of the skins and hand mashed them. They were delicious! Sydney didn't like them, but it was a new food for her. I blended some in the bullet for Kimberly and she LOVED, Loved them! I was so excited to have leftovers to freeze for later, to make Kimberly baby food again.
