Dishwasher Girl

Kimberly loves the dishwasher. As soon as she sees it open a tiny bit, she is crawling as fast as can be!

More Fun in Snow

Sydney and got to go outside for 1 1/2 hours today while Kimberly slept. It was awesome. I shoveled and she played. I did take a few breaks on the sled with her.

New Sled

Are they not the cutest girls ever?!!!
Sydney loved using the new toboggan sled that Santa left us. I love how she is able to more things on her own now. I love watching her succeed and be so proud of herself. She even talked mom into going on it with her. It went really fast with both of us on it!

I told her to straighten her arms out to make her snow angel, but she told me she was making a snow bird. So clever!
We had so much fun playing in the snow today. Poor little Kimberly sat in her warm snow clothes on the snow disc, but she enjoyed watching us.

Wild Child

I'm amazed everyday at how different our girls are. Kimberly loves music and bounces to it every time she it. A few days ago, she got a little crazy with the piano. I caught her today...

Christmas Day

Christmas was awesome. Jason and I woke up around 6:45. Jason wanted to wake the kids up, but I told him to let them sleep in. Within five minutes Sydney was in our room asking if Santa came when we were sleeping. IT was so fun with the kids. Sydney is actually understanding it and Kimberly loved the wrappings and crawling around and playing with everything.Sydney loved opening her stocking. I think that might have been her favorite part. Her favorite saying of the day was, "That's what I always wanted".

After Sydney got up, I woke Kimberly out of a dead sleep. She got tired pretty fast. Her and I had a rough night sleeping with our colds. Last year Sydney was sick and this year K and I were. Welcome to being a parent!
When I opened the slippers, Sydney said, "mommy you only got one slipper." I was shocked that I got them. I didn't think I would since they were at Costco and Jason doesn't have a card, but he worked his magic.

The one thing Sydney asked Santa for, a Dr. Kit. She loves giving check ups. Now I don't have to get prodded and pinched with tweezers. No more blood pressure with Jason's charger from his electric razor!
Jason's awesome homemade gift to the girls...
Kimberly was so proud of pulling herself up on stuff! I love that girl's smile!
Sydney's probably a little small for her lite brites, but she loved it! She had a hard time putting in the pegs that were super close to each other. Here's another toy for Kimberly to choke on. One gets old enough for the 3 and up toys and I still have one younger to choke on everything! Yeah me!
This cracks me up. All these toys are Kimberly's, but we've had to keep getting them back from Sydney! Maybe Santa gave the wrong toys to the wrong kids!
Kimberly had so much fun splashing around and playing with her new bath toys!

I love this outfit my friend Debbie got Sydney. She wanted to sleep in it, but I'm a freak and wouldn't let her because it wasn't washed.

Christmas Eve

My check engine light came on, so we stayed home for Christmas, which we loved. Sydney is obsessed with ribbons and thinks she is Angelina Ballerina.
Daddy taught Sydney how to crawl like a crab. It was so cute. I made homemade clam chowder and breakfast casserole for the morning while they played. It was so hard with the crappy cold Kimberly gave me that day. I was pretty miserable.

Jason insisted we open this one present. He mad tye dye nighties for us all. We love them! We sure are blessed to have a wonderful dad/husband. Sydney kept wanting to wear my 4XL one.

I love this picture of me and my girls!

Trimming the Tree

Last year I put the tree up the day after Thanksgiving. I was so tired of it by the holiday. So this year I wanted to wait, but with a three year old, that only lasted till the 1st!

"Ahhh, mama, it's a bear!"

Snow Girl

We were trying to make a snowman, but mom doesn't know what she's doing. Plus the snow was so wet and wouldn't stick together. It crumbled when I tried to roll it in a ball. At least Sydney was happy. I love how easy it can be to please a three year old.
