Christmas Eve

We went down to Nephi to Jason's grandma's. Jason got his traditional clam chowder. I sure missed having it! That's the one downfall of pregnancy...no seafood! I was grateful the roads were good and we were able to go down. It was nice to hang out with family again!
Sydney got a princess tea set from her great grandma. She loves it! It is definitely one of her top three from Christmas. I love how much she uses her imagination now!
On thanksgiving, I took a picture of grandma and two of her great granddaughters (Syd and Sabria). We printed it as a 5x7 and framed it. As you can tell, she's tickled!
Jason's mom loves the camera!
Grandpa kept pretending the hot chocolate in Sydney's new tea set was hot. She was busting a gut! It was so cute!
Our baby!
She loves her new shopping card from her grandparents!

Christmas Cookies

Sydney wanted popcorn for a snack the other day. She kept laughing and telling me teh popcorn was funny when it was popping. You had to be there!

Santa

I took Sydney to see Santa today at an old theater downtown. She was clinging to me with fear. She told him thank for the candy cane, but she was terrified!

New Treadmill

We bought the NordicTrack T7 si a week or so ago. We got it on Sears and have a year to pay it off with no interest. So that is a blessing. Jason wants to continue to run in races, but had a hard time breathing in the thin winter air. So we got one. Plus I've been wanting on for a long time. I got on it for the first time Monday and about died. It hurt my stomach so bad. I talk to my doctor about it yesterday and he says it's fine as long as I don't go longer than 30 minutes. Yah! It's a lot different on it when you're pregnant. It's just nice to be morning sicknes free finally. It's so nice to have energy and motivation to move around again.

Festival of Lights

We had a little family time tonight. There is a park nearby that does Christmas lights every ear for just $5.00 a car. I've been wanting to go for nine years now...I grew up with my mom taking us to see lights every Christmas Eve. Sydney loves Christmas lights and is understand ing so much now. What a perfect time to take her. She was a bit overwhelmed when we first drove in. She didn't know which side to look out on.
Yes, we still have snow!

As we drove up to this tunnel, real deer crossed. I love nature and God's creations!
This was the best shot I got of them...

It's hard to tell, but this is a frog leaping. It was pretty cool!

Yummm....Snow!

Sydney tried snow for her first time and thought it was good!

Playing In the Snow

Sydney's ready to roll... She needed help getting down the steps with all the bulky clothes!
The snow was so fine and powdery that she had a hard time sledding. I helped her sled in the last small storm we had and she loved it. Unfortunately our camera was in the shop then! Arg!

Sydney was helping shovel!
Then she decided to shovel snow back on the driveway!
